Friend -- You may have heard that the NKT encourages people to give their money to the organization. Very reasonable fees (compared to many other religious and non-religious organizations) are charged for drop-in classes, courses and retreats, and in residential Centers a rent is charged for accommodation. This allegation is part of a smear campaign to discredit Geshe Kelsang and the New Kadampa Tradition.
